hey man, "to be frank" that box was terrible and you should have known if you saw the thing. I don't care if it came from the dealer from japan originally (which i highly doubt because it was obvious the thing was used with all the scratches etc on the plastic cover). the clip was already broken (the one on the bottom) and it should have clicked in to put it in a more secure box. you can't just blame USPS for the packaging you put the cluster in. i will be filing a dispute with pay pal.
