I would like to know what your status on the refund is if at all at this point. I noticed you haven't been on in about a month and before that you stated that you would be issueing me a refund for the battery and I gave you my paypal addy per your request.
Things at this point look bleak. Therefore I'm leaving you negative feedback. I'm not going to go through paypal because it wont result in a win for me due to my patience with you, so much time has past that they wont do anything. Pretty much the only thing that I can do at this point is leave you negative feedback. If you are able to send me a reffund then I will ask a MOD to remove your feedback.
