This buyer purchased an item from me for 75$ and I shipped it out. he never asked for a tracking number, nor did I give one. I actually dont even have it anymore, I threw the receipt out and figured the item got to its destination. Then all of the sudden I get an e-mail from paypal showing a paypal complaint!!! I had no idea why and when I log in, it says Non receipt. Then I see a PM saying "I'm filing a claim against you, I never received my item" AND he leaves me negative feedback. HE NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME ONCE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED!!! I HAD NO IDEA HE DIDNT GET IT. I now just called the shipping company and found out the label was partially ripped and all they have is part of my first name and my last name. I'm now going to pick it up and reship it. Who doesnt even send ONE e-mail to a buyer when they dont receive something???
