This buyer did give me a full payment and I sold him the product, but I was unable to ship due to a Paypal issue. I went and waited 2 days and spoke to the buyer on the phone and I was going to ship on Friday June 6th. After thinking about my situation.. I went and decided to keep my product and told the buyer that I would give him a full refund.. the full refund was given ..
