I ordered an Megan O2 housing, new style downpipe, and a resonated test pipe. The O2 and DP arrived quickly, but TTP said the test pipe may have gotten shipped to the wrong buyer and it was the last one. It took about two more weeks, but arrived in great condition.
TTP is decent about online communication. Generally very quick to respond, but the response doesn't always answer all of your questions. I imagine they probably have quite a few questions to answer, so I guess thats understandable.
Only thing I was really surprised about was that I couldn't find a phone number to contact TTP.
