Howard asked me for a favor and obtained some license plate frames for him. Sent him the amount to ship via USPS with tracking information. It was really no trouble but Howard wanted me to bill him more. I politely refused, and only charged him for shipping. Sent a PayPal request received payment promptly. Pleasure to deal with and amazing guy. Look forward to helping out again and hopefully meet in person.
