Weird Electrical Issue

So my license plate lights in the back have started to continuously flicker whenever they are on. I am running leds in the plate lights and also led's for the parking light in our headlights. The weird thing is I noticed my driver side parking light LED started doing this flickering as well so I swapped it out for a different LED and so far I haven't had any issues with that anymore but the plate lights I'm still having issues with. The only thing I've changed to the car is went with a mini battery kit but I've been monitering voltage closely and everything seems to be fine. I haven't had a chance to swap the plate lights yet, hopefully I'll be able to soon but what are the odds that 3 LED's on the car started doing this. I thought LED's were supposed to last long. Any ideas?
