Keyless entry not working on a 03 evo, Please help!!!

So my keyless entry will not work. It will neither lock or unlock the car. the powerlocks work tho inside still. The keyless system is a aftermarket Clifford system.

Now here is the catch, the keyless worked just fine this morning. I took the car in to get the windows tinted. And when i picked up, BAM, no longer works.

I have checked the fuse in the clifford box, all fuses under hood and dash, as well as made sure all wires were connected. Please help me fix this.
Thank you

yah i would say the battery is probably dead if not, did you have it worked on at the mitsubishi dealer ship or some where else, because i could see the people at my dealership disconnecting it, but thats why i dont take it to them.

OK so i tried the vallet button trick, the thing never chirped or anyhting but the indiactor light did come on and is a solid blue now when the keys are not in the ignition. When i tried programming it, the key fob kept doin the same thing where it would jsut beep at me like showing a blank attena symbol.
