Jdm rear bumper question
Hey guys, just wanted a question answered. Wondering if the ix jdm rear bumper would fit on a viii? I've seen 1 or 2 people that have done it but couldn't confirm if any modifications are needed. Can anyone help me out?

Just a FYI.. The Evo VIII and IX have the same stock Rear bumper and setup.. IX front/rear bumpers are interchangeable with VIII front/rear bumpers.. so yes, it will fit.

Interesting that all of these Yes's but nobody mentioned the crash beam. A JDM rear bumper will fit on a USDM Evo (8 or 9) but you'll either need to remove the rear crash beam or modify it.

just out of curiosity if ordering the jdm white which will it come in weightless or wicked white?

you have to remove the crash beam but somebody makes a replacement one that lighter and still works with the JDM bumper i forgot the name though.

My understanding is that it's the Evo 9 white....whichever one that is.
