Does this mean $30799 before the rebates or with? So $1000 (loyaly/military rebates) plus 0%....bringing the price to $29799? Then I will have to call Smash when I get back.

So I'm in the middle of trying to get the paperwork I need to buy this dang car and whaddayaknow the end of the month rolled right on by... are those deals no longer valid, will I get a better deal, and what about Mitsubishi's special offers changing (even though they haven't changed in months and chances are they'll continue to be the same but then again we're now only 1-2 months from the 2010's arrival)? 
Sam uses many vacation days it seems... oh and if you call, he's Sam S. in fleet sales, not the other Sam in sales.

From the deal that fell through I can tell you the VIP + $2,000 factory to dealer cash incentive + 0% APR can be added together.
The issue I had is that I also wanted Customer Loyalty and Military rebates on top of that. At first that was cool and we were ready to dish out paperwork and get everything situated. When that deal was not possible, the price went up and I changed my mind and got a hold of Sam since his price with shipping now beats that deal I was aiming for but couldn't have.

im pretty sure VIP doesnt work with any of the rebates

Dealer cash is not a rebate and can be included if the dealership is willing to let you have their incentive for the sake of clearing inventory.
