I don't have an evo but I thought this might be useful to some of you trying to get the e-manage to work with the ignition harness.

It seems that jumper one switches the ignition configuration from pull up to pull down.
jumper 2 switches the ignition configuration from 12V to 5V.
Try switching jumper one around if the ignition harness is completely dead and you're sure the coils are correctly wired.
