There is more than 1 com port,
Connect computer then with ignition in on position select one of the other com ports
Offline will change to online after the correct selection.
My computer communicates on com 2

Right click my computer. Go to manage-->device manager-->com ports double click and then look and see what com port it says it is. Then select the proper com in the emange.

The com ports are USB ports they just assign a com to them.

Does that make sense? Make sure the cable is connected.

I just did that without cable connected to emanage. I see few usb listed, but they are not numbered. How should I know which one is which?

Again thanks.
