how to read real time data graphs???

I got my emanage in the car and everything but i need to know/understand wtf the real time graphs that you can record tell me. if anyone has any basic guidlines on what things spiking mean what please let me know.

Current power and suspension mods:
RMR - Intake
RRM - Throttle Body, Header, Strut Bar, and Progress Springs
Apexi - N1 Exhaust
Greddy - Emanage w/ Injection and Ignition harnesses
RPW - Stage 2 cam and valve springs

Past mods that I lost lots of $$ on...
RRM piggy back, RPW stage 1 cam, safc-II

its has all the data on the screen, just scroll through it and it will vary the data depending upon rpm, boost, correction, etc.

Drives: a heep of trouble into an island of nothing...

Id say the only good info would be rpm logs and conver those onto excel

then compare various rpm logs and see if you improved rpm accel.
