problems with possible spark blow out.

well after getting my car back with only changing the downpipe, and gauges my car now studders when under wot. The car drives perfect under normal driving, but as soon as i lean into it it acts as if it is having spark blow out.. the plugs are fresh. also my old gauge read 26psi, but the aem reads 28!? turned it down 2 psi, and same thing.
Any ideas?

Drives: A Black Mamba in kill mode all day 'eh day as when I hit the gas she goes fast!

This sounds similar to when I had one of my coil packs got damaged but it was partially my fault as I mistakenly used 91-octane when I thought I put 93-octane in my gas tank. I guess we live and learn, right?
