HELP!!! Innovate XD-16 Issue

I just hooked my Innovate XD-16 back up again and the thing is not reading AFR, it keeps sticking on 2.5 for like 5-6 secinds then jumping to another number super quick, so fast in fact that I cant even read the number then back to 2.5

When I drive it says 2.5 but when I get off the gas I get the 20.9 flashing like I used to when it worked.....

I checked all connections and everything is right, I dont know what the hell happened to it...

I had to take it out and off my car for some warranty work that needed to be done so they would blame it on that, so I read the book and as long as the o2 doesnt lose power from the LC-1 then the o2 should be fine. The o2 was taken off and the gauge taken off but I never disconnected the LC-1.

Can some one please help me with this and let me know what to do to fix it or am I SOL? Im running meth and its super boring driving like an old lady because I cant see my AFR so I can drive it like its supposed to be driven.
