trying to figure what tune is best

I am looking to get my car tuned (05 evo8 gsr) and I'm not sure what would be the best way to do that would be I bought the car and this is what was done

Jestr tuning custom tune
Braided Stainless clutch line
Braided stainless brake lines.
walbro 255lph fuel pump
AEM cam gears
Zaklee clear cam gear cover.
Injen FMIC/ Injen LICP
Mcmaster T-bolt clamps throughout on all piping
Forge UNOS MBC, 24 psi
JDM map sensor
ARP head studs
Brian crower 272/272 cams
Innovate lc-1 wide-band controller
blitz turbo timer w/boost gauge.
Exedy Twin SD clutch/flywheel
New style megan racing dp
Megan resonated tp
TurboXS CBE
Carbon bumper shield
Kartboy exhaust hangers.
Buschur shifter bushings
hks ssqv bov
blox racing filter
megan racing exhaust manifold

I know some of that stuff has nothing to do with the engine but I just copied and pasted it and was too lazy

Not really sure what your asking but the ecuflash forum will enlighten you greatly.

Get a laptop, Cable, Evoscan (datalogging SW), and EcuFlash (ECU Flashing software). Log Log Log. Tune Tune Tune

so I could basically tune it by myself with a laptop and software?

Yes sir. As I said the ECUFlash forum is gold. Right at the top there is a sticky How to tune an EVO.

Or get the tools and get in touch with the man 4WS. He can walk you through the entire deal or simply tune it for you if you don't want to deal with it
