new here. need some help with my evo

hey guys. im new. my names mike, and i bought an evo ix mr in august.

i installed an uinjen intake system, and i installed a tanabe medallion blue exhaust system (no more cats or o2 sensor).

i wanna put a new turbo in, but im new at this, so i was wondering if anyone was interested in telling me what to put in and where to find it.

im planning on going to about 400, and im positive i want a stronger turbo.
