Definitely a great game, but I have two complaints.
1. Why do the cars sound the same even after installing the upgraded exhausts? 
2. On the Evos...JDM rear bumper on the VIII, but USDM bumper on the IX

The major gripe I have with the game is the drag racing needs a lot of work. For one they need to realize that 900hp rwd cars can hook up in real life so they to figure out how to get that to work in this game.
They need mods like drag racing slicks, drag coilover suspension and a lot of other stuff.

I bought my 360 in anticipation of Forza 3. Bought Forza 2 first to hold me over for the month before release. Sadly, I can't say I'm happy with Forza 3.
- 400 cars? Having 4-5 different liveries for almost every race car doesn't count.
- Interior views are great in a few cars but meh/frustrating in most. How they could release the game knowing full well that the steering wheel TOTALLY OBSTRUCTS the tach in a decent number of cars is beyond me.
- No time of day option. I don't know if GT5 is going to have this, but rFactor has allowed you to select the time of day/night since it was released back in 2005. TWO THOUSAND AND FIVE. Go play the Nurburgring at night with a friend and tell me it isn't more fun. I can't even imagine how cool Fujimo would be at night. Considering how little else they added to Forza 3 since Forza 2 came out two years ago, I think this wouldn't be much to ask.
- Stupid career mode layout (compared to 2).
- Why is it in Forza 2 I could rock TE37s, RE30s, CE28Ns, SE37Ks and more while Forza 3 only has the first two? Lazy much, Turn 10?
- The game just feels dumbed-down to me. Of course you don't HAVE to use the total noob features like Rewind or auto-upgrade, but the fact that they felt the need to include these is not good, I think. There are plenty of other racing games out there for people who aren't actually interested in cars. Do we really need a suave British guy telling us we can buy upgrades with the money we win?
My gripe isn't that Forza 3 has any major flaws, because it doesn't. It's still a lot of fun. It's just that, had I known how few positive changes they made (honestly graphics and Fujimo are all the come to mind), I would definitely have kept my $60. IMO Turn 10 dropped the ball on this one.

I hate that tach being covered too. I mean, really... wtf? Also it annoys me that when I shift the driver's hand never leave the steering wheel. They missed a lot of the little things in this game. The devil's in the details.
It's easy to see why the GT games take five years to come out and Forza only two or three...
