SWIFT made Sport Springs Spec-R is made for true track racing enthusiasts that wants to take their vehicle to the next level.
Sport Springs Spec-R is engineered with 2 main characteristics.

1) Redesign lowering ride height to maximize the suspension performance allowing the vehicle to fully absorb road condition for maximum traction.

2) Increase in spring rate to further enhance cornering speed through entry & exit. The increase in spring rate is based on the vehicle factory stock valving settings. Sport Springs Spec-R is increase to the optimal rate that the stock shocks can handle. Higher performance shocks are not required, but recommended.



The Spec R springs are wound with the same engineering as their sports springs. With the exception of stiffer rates and slight change in ride height; you can expect the same characteristics as their sports springs.

The spec-Rs are Progressive rated coil springs.

The initial spring rates on the coils are the same as the regular sport machs springs but the difference is, as the coils of spec-R springs are compressed during high speed and hard cornering, it'd essentially progressed to harsher ride compare to regular sport machs.

As you can see, the range of progression on spec-r springs are also wider in their data/spec sheets. :)

Whiteline Roll Center Adjusting Kits are now available thru Speed Element!!



KCA395 roll centre adjuster kit suits ALL left and right hand drive EVO 7-8-9. The kit contains 2x specially engineered ball joints and custom steering tie-rod ends designed to lower the front roll centre with out affecting the steering geometry. Unlike KCA396 which was designed only for right hand drive and used a series of special spacers, KCA395 will work on both left and right hand drive and is much faster and easier to fit.

How it works:
The KCA395 is designed to raise the front roll-centre geometry by using new specially engineered ball-joints and tie-rod ends while still maintaining original steering geometry. Suitable for both and left & right hand drive vehicles.

The EVO front roll geometry actually encourages roll the lower you go. Tests on the Project EVO showed that raising the front roll-centre resulted in a substantial increase to front roll resistance and a significant reduction in suspension compression of the outside frotn wheel during cornering (less roll).

This improves weight distribution, maintains a better camber angle and ultimately improves front grip. The overall outcome is significantly reduced understeer through reduced front wheel compression, as well as improved steering feel, steering precision and vehicle stability.

Fitting KCA395 is a must for lowered vehicle but can also be used on standard vehicles. Is also designed to be sued together with and complementary to KCA387 (EDM or JDM) or KCA388 (USDM) steering precision kit

Kit is supplied with 2x complete sets of specially modified ball-joints, steering tie rod ends, grease cups, mounting hardware and comprehensive fitting instructions.

This is the same kit successfully used and tested in Martin Notaras' Whiteline Project EVO 8 and MRT's EVO 9 development car. Retail price is $211.94

Why would you want these over the competition? It beats me!
The only comparable coilover set to these are the tein flex coilovers which come in at nearly double the price. Tein's have smaller dampers and a worse warranty ($250 per coilover and 1 month without it!!!)
you can have a new bc coilover (which we doubt you will need) in just a few days!
so what are you paying for? the name :confused: yep thats it!

Common questions-
*Are these going to be okay to daily drive in bad weather? YES SIR! winter, salt, rain, they will take what you throw at it (these are tarmac coilovers not rally coilovers)
*what spring rates do they come with? for the Evo 7/8/9/10 8/6k which is a very comfortable ride on the softer settings for your daily drive, but we can do 7/5k, 10/8k, and 12/10k for you track guys.

*will my wife divorce me/girlfriend leave me if i get these? No! not because of ride comfort, but if you spent your vacation money, they might be mad!
*can i get rear camber plates for these? yes we will include bc racing rear camber plates at time of purchase for $150...don't need as much adjustment? ask us about camber bolts for the rear for much less $
*i live outside of the 48 states will you ship to me!? Yes we have shipped these all over the world, they are on EVERY continent! (okay you caught me, i have never sold a set to africa...but everywhere else :D)



I heard about an inverted series, do you have those? Yes sir we do!
they do cost more, but on the track/auto-x they will provide more
These are slightly stiffer, respond faster, and out perform the other series but are also a little bit more expensive. If your a weekend racer these may be for you!
