Dyno-proven for maximum horsepower, Skunk2 Racing cat-back systems are constructed from T-304 stainless steel and feature Japanese Super-N1 styling. Each EVO Mega Power exhaust is mandrel bent using 3” tubing for maximum flow and is finished off with an oversized low restriction racing muffler that also reduces db levels. All systems are precision TIG welded and come with heavy-duty stainless flanges. Skunk2 mufflers feature a single 110mm diameter polished tip with an acid etched Skunk2 Mega Power badge and also a serialized nameplate. Each system has fully polished muffler and resonator with semi-finished satin tubing. A Skunk2 removable silencer and all necessary hardware is also included. Unlike other manufacturers silencers that are nothing more than horsepower restrictors, the Skunk2 silencer is an engineered free-flowing mini muffler with perforated stainless tubing and stainless mesh. Skunk2 exhaust systems offer more performance, build-quality, and better sound than all other exhaust systems comparably priced.

Hey everyone just got 2, HTA82 FP-Blacks here in stock so get yours before they are gone.

SPECS:

68 lb/mn compressor put inside FP's custom compressor cover with surge port. This is the same new cover being used on the Red's that eliminate compressor sure and use a 3.25" inlet.

On the turbine side the turbo uses a 67mm turbine wheel, this is 1mm smaller than the GT35r turbine wheel. It uses a modified stock 10.5 EVO turbine housing.



All of the turbos come standard with the heavy duty actuator and the new oil feed line kit. Pricing is set at $2000 shipped. Oil line kit is not pictured.

HOW IT WORKS

Once the AEM Water/Methanol Kit is installed, a boost-dependent, variable-flow progressive controller allows the user to determine the amount of water/methanol mixture (up to 50%) to feed into the inlet stream from the fluid reservoir. The controller commands a high-pressure, recirculation-style 150-PSI pump that delivers the mixture. Overall flow adjustments at the inlet are made via one of three different-sized jets (included) that are designed to match most engine power requirements.

RECIRCULATION-STYLE PUMP

AEM's recirculation-style pump offers improved performance, reliability and a much smoother, quieter operation when compared to older switched-style pumps. With the use of a new internal bypass design, AEM's upgraded pump eliminates erratic on and off switching/pulsing and ensures consistent fluid delivery for optimum performance. With durability and reliability in mind, AEM has designed the pump with a Santoprene diaphragm and EPDM seals to withstand the harshest of alcohol mixes.



BOOST SAFE!

All AEM Water/Methanol controllers include a Boost Safe feature. This feature allows users to retard timing or reduce boost via a ground output if the system runs out of fluid or detects a controller error, ensuring fail-safe operation of the engine whether the system is engaged or not. Critical safety features are integrated into the system to virtually eliminate any chance of failure, including an integral fluid level sensor in the reservoir, internal controller diagnostics and an LED dash light to warn of low fluid level or error codes (including short circuits.

PWI-2 Progressive Water/Methanol Injection System

The process of compressing air to create boost and power, has a byproduct of heat. Heated air lacks the density to make higher horsepower, increases detonation and forces the ECU to pull timing. All of which reduce the power you are looking to create. In order to combat this heat, your turbo car comes with an intercooler to keep the temps in check. These are not good enough for high HP applications and is the reason why we make our larger intercooler upgrades. We are somewhat limited by the physical restraints of the vehicles' size and by the quality of fuel offered at the pump. Yet, high horsepower engines demand additional cooling and detonation control, which is where water/methanol injection come into play.

It is with great pleasure that we are proud to announce the release of PTE's newest product, the PW46 wastegate. These units feature a 46mm valve, and can be used in a wide variety of applications including any kit or setup that currently utilizes a v-band style 44mm wastegate. They ship complete with all the necessary hardware and several springs that can accommodate a wide range of boost pressures (anywhere from 1.5PSI up to 25.5PSI). All units feature a black anodized wastegate cap and a Kevlar reinforced silicone diaphragm. In addition, the unit features a five angle valve job for improved airflow as well as high temp 17-7 ph springs that are extremely durable and can withstand higher temperatures before changing rate. Lastly, the PW46 is set up for a 1 3/4" pipe on the discharge side, and a 1 7/8" pipe on the inlet.
