Is it possible not to roll rear fender with these wheels? I have coil on my ix but I am not slammed to the ground.

You have to roll the rear fenders since you have an EVO IX.
Even if your ride is not slammed to the ground, it will still rub when you take sharp corners.
This is why I recommend customers w/ EVO IX roll their rear fenders.
