Exhaust Problem

My exhaust is melting the part of my bumper where it goes in around the exhaust. My question is there something I can buy to prevent this. And how would I put it on?

You can either take it to a muffler shop and pay like $20 to get it fixed. Or, theres a vendor (forgot which one) that has the rear bumper exhaust guard for like $30. Works for both lancer and evo.
