Third times a charm...

Ok ok ok ok, I seem to be having a hard time getting an Evo. First time I tried, the car was sold before I got to even test drive it. The second time, I could never get a hold of the seller after I told him I wanted to test drive it. I'm giving this another try (I'm not giving up on this), theres an Evo8 being sold in the forums that I'm really stoked about owning. My first car was a 2001 Eclipse RS (Really Slow?, yeah it was). I just hope everything falls in place, and all goes well and as planned. I expect to have the funds to purchase the car in a couple weeks. I really hope it all goes down the way I see it happening in my head. Peace.

Good luck man, but don't despair if this one doesn't work out. There are plenty of good Evos out there. You just have to weed out the thrashed ones and make sure you get one that was well cared for.

The car is $22K. I have 21700 saved up (loan+savings). I'm thinking I'll have the money in 2 weeks (payday) and my tax return arrives that same week. I'll probably get the car that weekend. This is going to be the L-O-N-G-E-S-T two weeks ever!
