Attn Mitsubishi: Any and all modifications to my vehicle are equal or higher in quality and performance to those that were provided stock. As such under Title 15 Chapter 50 of U.S. Code (aka the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975) particularly Section 2302(c) Mitsubishi must honor the warranty as provided with the car. Any refusal of service must be accompanied by absolute proof that an aftermarket component was the cause of any failure in the OEM materials. Failure to adhere to the letter and spirit of the law will result in prompt legal action against Mitsubishi and/or their authorized dealer.

i'm assuming you are referring to the evo being stolen the most. thieves have nothing to do with it. you can blame some of your board members for the higher rates....
