I just did my own springs and sway bar install and finished about an hour ago. The only thing I have to add to Rob's excellent instructions is this: There is an "up" and a "down" to your new sway bar. The ends of the bar should be lower than the middle. Kind of a "duh" but keep in mind that I had just finished installing my springs.
If you install it upside down you'll have a biatch of a time getting things to fit properly, like I did. It'll get fixed in a few days- when I've recovered from today But, hey, whatever. It's on, the effect is immediate, and I only had to file a little off of the spacer-sleeves to make it fit I'm diggin' it!

Thanks RRM!!
