Remembering Mark...
In the latest issue of Sport Compact Car (January 2006 * Volume 18, No. 01)...they have a little part paying a small rememberance to Mark. It's on page 36 if anyone cares...oddly enough it's under "Rumors & Lies"

I need to go pick that up. If someone has a scanner they can post up the article for all to see.

I'm glad they got the blurb out. I wanted to have something small in SCC to remember Mark. His family and I are working on a mini site dedicated to him. Once it's ready I will post up an announcement.

I don't think it was meant to be a rumor or a lie. It is just where they put it. Bless you Mark.

I wasn't told where they were going to put it until after they started printing. I think it may have been a mistake.

I don't think so either...he is honestly passed on...I just found it odd that it was placed there.

I'm guessing they meant it as a rumor...as in something being whispered around the sport compact community. Truly a tragedy. I still feel like there's a part of EvoM missing just knowing he's not around anymore.

This is my first post to this forum. I'm a new EVO owner. I'm sorry to hear about Mark's passing. I, too, also read it in this months SCC. Nothing short of tragic.
Life's about the people you're surrounded by and the relationships you make with them. Sounds like Mark was a heck of a guy. I'm sorry I never got to meet him.

I honestly don't pay that much attention to that section of the mag. I'm going to find it now though and read it. Knowing me I'll be the one that scans it up here for all to see.
