Swapping tires/rims with a buddy. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hey fellas, I have a buddy who wants to buy my 08 Evo GSR Wheels. We will be taking them off of mine and putting them directly on his 2006 EVO IX. My question is....

What do I need to do to remove the TPMS Sensor and we dont have to pull the tire off the rim to do it right??? I will be getting a new set of rims within the next couple of days and Im sure the process for putting the TPMS sensor on the new one is just the opposite of taking them off, correct??

Please help, any additional info is greatly appreciated.
