18x10.5 +15 or 19x10.5 +22 TE37?????? HELP PLEASE.............

well i finally saved up the funds for some te37, but im stuck between getting 18x10.5 +15 or 19x10.5 +22. My car is a daily driver, so i know that with either one of these is going to need a lot of fender work because people are always riding in my car. Im going to run 275/35 no matter what!!! so please guys, which one do you think is the better choice????? thanks!

I have some for sale if your're interested, seibon TEs, 19x10.5 with centercaps titanium gunmetal with red lining, includes centercaps, hubcentrics rings, and 3mm hubcentric spacers.. im running 275/35 s-drives, minor minor rubbing in front, nothing a little more camber can't fix.. i'll bump up the thread, you want to check it out. going on 5months old, still in GREAT condition, no nics, curbage or anything, maybe about 2500miles on them and the tires..

I would go with 18x10.5 +15 though, there are some orange ones for sale too in that size, great seller too. 19X10.5 +22 will require 3mm spacers to clear the calipers.. For you, the better choice is 18s since you commute with alot of folks, but 19s looks aggressive with lip and concavity..

I love both sizes. 18's look kind of small on the evo x and 19's look pretty flush. What kind of fender work do I have to do if i got 19x10.5 +22????

or go +12

i'm considering the same thing as you..

I'm heading down hwy 19 I believe.

I've 18" TE37.. in 10.5 they appear more concave, but 19" has lip and still has that concave on it, just more flat.

Really depends what stances you end up doing em up in. IMO everyone has 18" already, of course for a reason.. a very good reason. But that's where you've to decide if you want to do the fender work and lose the performance/ride quality.

all four corners been rolled, some negative camber and that's it.. -1.8 in the back and -2 in the front. i'm almost due for another alignment, this time around imma throw on my 18x10.5 +18 with 285/35 CEs from months ago that i purchased on here. it should work just fine with the right camber settings. There's alot of good deals around, TEs are the shidz though, that's why im not too desperate to sell, someone just came up on an incredible deal with those gunmetal 18x10.5 +22, brand new is 3gs.. good choice though!!!

You cant lose with either choice. You just have to decide if you want the look of the 19's, or the lower weight of the 18's.

You cant lose. PM me if you would like some pricing on a set.
