FYI - MSR 065 18" rims do not fit

FYI - MSR's style 065 rims (TE37 Knock offs) Do Not Fit
http://www.msrwheels.com/auto_car_wheels.cfm?id=364

Bought a set of these as my winter wheels, and found out the inner diameter of the wheel does not completely clear the caliper up front.

It's short about a few millimeters, maybe 6mm (.25 inch).

The space behind the spokes don't fit either and require the use of spacers as well. I have 20mm spacers that allowed for clearance but the inner diameter does not fit. And the stock lugs do not fit the MSR wheels either.

Its going to be hard no matter what wheel you get to fit your stock lugs. Most tuner wheels use the tapered acorn lugs.

1) a set of msr wheels shouldnt cost much more than 150 per wheel shipped. Sets of the wheels can be bought off ebay for <600 shipped. Local shops try to sell these wheels for 850+ a set + install etc etc. so your loss is minimal and reselling them should be easy as they should fit the 08+ lancers no problem.

2) tuner lug nuts SHOULD fit the msr wheels. I have Msr 045 18x8 on my 09 gts and i a plain old tuner lug nut set from pep boys fit no problem.
