ok. this is my situation. I have a 2006 evo IX mr. I have it lowered with the tein S spec r spings that are specifically made to fit the MR which they do. i know that there are the ones made by tein that are not for the MR but these were just recently released within the past couple of months. anyways, it is lowerd 1.8 or 2 in the fron and .8 or .9 in the back.
now, I am going to purchase the tims linked below

I am sure if I should go with a 31mm offset or the 51mm offset. I still do not understand what the offset does. I like my rims to have a deep dish wheel like look. I amn ot sure if the offset has anything to do with that.
Next was my tires. I was just going to probably get some
Falken Ziex ZE 912's that are sized at 245/40w18
would I have to roll my fenders at all and would these fit properly with no rubbing? please let me know asap. I appreciate the help guys.
