My RPF1's (18x10.5+15) with 275/35/18 RA-1's don't rub except on the fender liner at full lock (and that could be smoothed out with a heat gun, except it's illegal for my autocross class).
That's front fenders slightly pulled, rears rolled and pulled.
Even 285/30/18 Hoosier A6's didn't rub except at full lock.
A 275 on a 9.5" wheel will give you worse performance than a 275 on a 10" or 10.5" wheel. You might be better off going with something skinnier in order to keep the sidewall from bulging.
ETA: I'm running -2.8* to -4.5* of camber up front and -1.3* to -2.2* of camber in the back (depends on what I'm doing).
Try shooting for -3* up front and -1.2* to -1.8* in the rear for the track (autocross is a different story).
