man, hope everything works out for you considering all the time you are spending to rectify this f'ed up situation.

it is truly sad to see that whenever i think there can't be anyone that intellectually challenged (aka stupid, if the seller reads this...), i get proven wrong.

is the seller one of the exec of chrylser?

They came and picked up the rims this morning. I guess once they look at them they'll call me or the shipper and we'll go from there.

At this point as long as I'll get a full refund (800), I don't really care who gets the wheels. I'm not going to buy them back, then have to pay to get them fixed.

I do want to state that the shipper is working with me, he did go and get the letter and all that info from the FEDEX people on his end. His has done everything he can from his side to make it right. I'm just going to pray that FEDEX is the same...........

Outcome, Fedex denied the claim!!!........I got screwed!!! I was told to have fedex pic the wheels up to be inspected, instead they just returned them to the sender. And after 3 weeks of b.s. and they just denied the claim! They said that the fedex delivery man said there were no signs of damage??? wtf!!! I sent all the pictures to fedex, even got the ladie (fedex employee) that packaged them to write a letter stating that they were in perfect condition prior to shipping.

So now I'm out the original $800.00 and the shipper/seller has now resold the wheels for $450.00.

Damn, you got some bad luck. So why did the original seller "re-sell" the wheels even though he had you're money?

honestly dude... this one sounds easy on your part. sue the guy, really don't see how this could not work out for you. he clearly messed up, and should at least have shipped you back the wheels that you paid for. if he's going to resell them, he needed to give you your money back plain and simple. take him to judge judy or something so we can all watch!!!!

never buying anything on forums, thats for sure. If it's not from a trusted vendor, than I'm not buying. Paypal cant do anything, fedex wont do anything, and the shipper has yet to refund anything.

I live in Maryland, He lives in Kentucky somewhere. Since the seller is the person who posted the rims I dont have the shippers address, only the address in which the packages were shipped from.

hrmm...

I know a bunch of people up there, and I'll be passing through there this weekend... I'll have to post up on one of the local forums and find out who did this.

Things have a way of "happening" around there.

I wish i could just get the 700 i paid for the rims, screw the shipping at this point, and he still has the 450 he got for reselling them.

I mean, I should get the 800, and he keeps the 450, but at this point im out 800 and dont even have damaged rims to show for it.
