Tires for 19x10 +25?

whats up guys, i just ordered some 19x10 +25 advan RS and wanted to know what you guys would suggest for tires... ive seen on the aggressive wheel thread that the popular choice seems to be either 265/30 or 35. i dont like how low-pro the 30 looks so thats out of the question.

so im ovbviously looking for 265/35.. i can get some brand new dunlop direzzas for an insane price from a friend but i hear they run wide and i dont want them to rub since ill be lowered on cobb springs. so what other performance tires would fit well with this wheel setup? thanks for any help.

guys running 19x10 +25 please chime in.

Drives: 08 Evo X, Ninja 600, 98 Eclipse GST - Sold

265/30/19 - fits fine ( my setup)
275/30/19 - fits fine ( from what i've read)
275/35/19 - Rubs inner fenders and on body kit, Roll Fenders in rear (my previous setup), Archiebabes runs this.. had to remove his fender liners and flair front fenders and roll the rear.

I would imagine 265/35/19 - would require a roll.

they dont make Z1 star specs in 19inch, what Direzza's are you getting?

yeah i figured the 30 would fit fine but i want a little more meat. and i dont like tire overflowing over the wheel so staying away from 275. trying to stay with 265/35.

oh im probly mistaken about the direzzas in 19", my hookup said he had some but hes probly thinking bout stock size cuz he sold my friend some 18" a few months ago.

i hear the re-11's are badass, maybe he can find some of those for me...

damn, just read some reviews (and even saw pics) of how soft the re-11's sidewalls are. while i dont do anything other than daily driving my beast i think i push it enough to notice a change in sidewall stiffness... sh*t, what other good 19" tires are there out there? not even the old ass falken azenis rt 615 come in 19".

I also ordered 19x10+25 RS-D. He recommended Nitto NT05.

+1 for the OP

I have a set of 19x10 +25 on the way and have been looking around for tires too. Tire selection out there could definitely be better.

Anyone know about the Advan Neova AD08? Looks nice (if that means anything) and comes in 265/30R19 and 275/30R19 sizes. I plan on a few track events, so these sound about right for me. And there's even an Evo X on the page with the tire :Advan Neova AD08

And ~$269 for the 275/30R19 fitment isn't bad either.

links not working for me but ill check their site anyway...

looks like the nitto nt-05 and advan neova ad08, in 19", only come in 265/30/19. i was hoping to find 265/35/19... but oh well. maybe ill find some more pics to look at of the 30, but so far i dont like how low-profile they look. but whatever, im getting an insane deal so ill end up taking whatever i can find here.

Got it. I'm going to look into the AD08s some more, I'll let you know what I find in case you decide to go with the 30 size aspect ratio.

And did you find the Dunlop Direzza in a 19 inch fitment? I assume you're not talking about the Z1 Star Spec...

yeah originally i was talking about the direzza z1 str spec that dont come in 19.

i just looked at capones night shoot thread and his 265/30/19 dont look too bad so i wont mind if i have to go with that setup which are pretty sure not to rub.

Don't forget that 265/35/19 tire is going to have a rolling diameter at least 0.5" (13mm) greater than the factory 245/40/18 tire, which could rub and of course throws off the speedo some.

alright so ive compiled a short list of tires i found that come in the size i want, how would you guys rank these? and if i've left any out i should consider, please suggest. i would like a ranking cuz if my tire guy doesnt have the most suggested one, ill go for the other. price doesnt matter. ive never shopped for tires before so i dont know many of the options out there.

Toyo Proxes T1R - 265/30/19
Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 - 265/30
Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 - 265/35
Nitto Invo - 265/30
and maybe Nitto NT-05 275/30

any other suggestion with size would help. thanks guys
