Well, I figured it was about time to post up a thread about my car, seeing as how I've never really posted anything up about it before. This is now my second car, I came from a fully built 04 STi with a 35r making around 440 on pump (93oct). That thing had so many problems and gave me so many headaches, I bit the bullet, put it back to stock, sold all the go-fast parts, and bought an Evo. I ended up getting what I wanted out of the car (seeing as how it wasn't in the greatest shape). Here are some cell phone pics the day I got her, paid 26,500 08 GSR with interior sports kit, SSS and wheel locks, bought June 2nd 2008:
First thing I bought was a set of BC Racing BR series coilovers (money well spent

At the same time, I went ahead and bought a White Defi BF Series Boost Gauge and the controller, bought an AVIC F90bt, and a JDM double din, as well as the jdm covered cup holder. To add to that, I picked up a T1R suede shift boot and T1R LED dome light, as well as a homelink mirror with a built in compass and auto dimming.
Wanted something different as far as bulbedge went, so I got some PIAA super yellows and Phillips 6,000k headlight bulbs
After that, I finally got sick of the pink tinted tail lights, so I picked up a set of ralliart tail lights
Now, I placed an order for my Advan RS 18x10 +25 in Dark Gunmetal, they said 7-9 weeks about 4 weeks ago (waiting impatitently)
After that, I picked up a set of Rally Armor UR mudflaps. I put the fronts on, and then never got around to putting the rears on. I still have to do that. Again, dont judge me. I also managed to find someone getting rid of their GG aero kit, so I jumped on that and picket it up. Everything but the front lip. Spats are in the mail.
Got bored, so I started to order my stage 2 goodies. Picked up an ATP Downpipe to use with my tial 44mm I had lying around off of my old subaru setup. Thats being sent to JNZ Finishing soon to be powder coated and thermal coated.
Then bought the cat back. This was a difficult choice, I really wanted something that filled up both exhaust outlets on the rear diffuser, but i HATED all of the dual exhausts that were on the market because instead of sounding like an Evo, they sounded like a v8. Not diggin' that. So I was just going to suck it up and go with an Artisan single exit, but after looking at a bunch of pictures of it, I ended up hating it more and more. The sound is pure teets but the angle of the exhaust makes it look like a potato cannon about to blast civilians walking on the sidewalk. So I finally heard a video of the q300 (i had a g200 on my STi and LOVED it) and MAPerformance hooked me up, once again on a great piece.
Then I picked up a Bluebatmobile 3rd brake light overlay to blend in with the ralliart tail lights.
While back there, I got sick of all the silver badges so I de-badged some of it, I'm going to color match all of the silver to the same color as the advans so it will all blend in.
And that leaves me where I am today, still waiting for my Advans, and going on vacation for the next month. At least they should be here when I get back?
