Wow who cares. A seat is a seat MOST times. I have "fake" Bride's and they feel and function fantastic. Paying $1,500 for two seats is ludacris I don't care what your reasoning is.

It's just something to help people from getting ripped off. This is not meant to be some elitist, "only buy the real-deal", type thread... Just spreading the word.

I understand your response, however I would like to sway this from turning into an argument. Please keep this thread decent!

Bride seats are tested for crash safety and meets japan circuit racing safety standards. Knock offs are not. I would rather stick with stock seats if you dont want to spend the money on aftermarket seats. God forbid you get into a accident with those fake Brides, maybe they will hold just fine or maybe your will get ejected out the front window with your knock off seats. Dont be ignorant and try to justify your purchase.

I trust them. More people run fake seats then we like to admit. I've never seen any seat just crumble and snap other than those $100 wannabe Recaro's on ebay they are like cardboard. The weight of my one "Vios III Low Max full fiberglass bucket seat" is 10lbs. You can't complain about that.

good info. this would prevent anyone, even on this forum, from selling a fake seat for the price of a real deal! thanks for posting this!
