I started this thread to mainly reflect on the exhaust, intake, and uicp/licp from UR.
More mods came around and I dont feel like makinf another thread, so I'll just add my progress here updating this first post with more pix
1. UR goodies :
huge thanks to Darryl at Ultimate Racing for taking care of me and helping to decide what setup would work for me. . .
I couldnt decide between regular test pipe or resonated. Darryl suggested to get either resonated or mini muffler. Since I was looking for something on the loud side but not obnoxious loud, I chose resonated test pipe and very happy with it.
sooo this is what i ended up getting-
UR exhaust- o2 (long style) downpipe, resonated test pipe, dual catback
the welds look great, I put everything in myself and I must say it was really easy specially since I could use the lift at work
. The only hard part was the downpipe- there are two bolts (bottom of o2 housing) that are kinda hard to get to... but other than that everything lined up just fine. This exhaust sounds perfect, deep tone with no rasp at all. I am really happy with this setup its everything I wanted for a very good price. oh, and no CEL either =)
UR intake and intercooler piping...
While the bumper was off I also painted the AC line black so it doesnt stick out in the pix..

2. AME wheels are on!! I went with 18x10 +15 AME TM02. I wanted to powdercoat them gold, but decided to rock them as is for now and switch it up for next season instead.
