Rexpeed A Pillar pods

10-23-09 UPDATE!

almost ready

These are not full replacements just covers that go over factory pillars similar to the Evo 9 ones. no confirmed prices yet sorry. Double pod will be in 52 and 60mm sizes. Material: ABS plastic painted to match factory dash.

what about the side curtain airbag? would hate to have a piece of carbon floating around my face in the event of a crash

Question tho, Are we going to have to drill a hole or somthing for the wires for the gauge?

I have not looked at the pillars so I don't know if there is a way to run anything without drilling or cutting.

Are you serious with this post? The airbag doesn't even come out of the pillar. I'm tired of reading posts like this.

thats not true... there is about 4"-5" of airbag in the top of the pillar. The thing is that the pillar is actually tethered onto the car so it wont go flying.

Yeah, I know about the top portion, but I meant that it doesn't come out of the whole a-pillar itself.
