I don't know why Ralliart went with the carbon look items? Eventhough it is not real carbon fiber the fit and quality of the parts looks awesome.
I'm thinking because with carbon fiber the clear coat will fade in time? Costing you more money to repair the clear coat?
What do you guys think?

Fade or not, carbon fiber serves a purpose. Its extremely light weight, and has a very high yield strength. Replacing typically heavy parts that require strength with carbon fiber substitutes makes sense. Is making a wing out of it overkill? Probably.
Stickers that mimic the material serve no purpose. I just don't understand.
Car looks good otherwise.

Sure they do. They look good. They don't have to serve a performance purpose to serve a purpose. The purpose they serve is aesthetic. They certainly don't hurt anything performance wise.
