How to install Torque Solution Front Engine Mount

Here is my step by step how-to for Torque Solution's front engine mount.

It feels feels great. Mild vibration and much more responsive than stock.

Please let me know if you have any question.

Prevent hp/tq loss from the twisting of the motor under load.

The billet aluminum housing will offer superior strength while the urethane bushing will help reduce engine movement and wheel hop. This means you receive better traction, which will improve your 60ft and 1/4 mile time. And reducing frictional lost due to poor axle geometry. Axle geometry under acceleration is very critical when trying to apply horsepower. Poor axle geometry is caused when engine and suspension center lines are changed. By installing Torque Solution Billet engine mounts engine center line are kept within precision tolerances.

What's the durometer rating of your front engine mount?

Just put mine in. Easy install, taking off the splash gaurd took longer than getting the mount on and off. Definitly more vibration, not just in the steering wheel like i've heard with other mounts, but through the whole car. Not horrible i guess, I'll see if can get used to it if not ill just throw the stocker back on.

Thanks for the writeup

A correction on the durometer of the bushing, it's actually 90. I thought the vibration would be worse but it's not that bad. You only really feel it when the AC is blasting and your at a stop idling. All in all i think i can live with it

I talked with a guy from torque solutions, he was asking me about how it was. I guess they're trying to get feedback, he was saying they are working on a 60 and a 70.
