Monday AMS test pipe install. Tips?

saturday is my birthday

I will be installing my AMS SS test pipe on Monday.
Any Tips or recomendations to have on mind before Install?
Is a one man easy instalation?
Experiences with this particular test pipe or others?

02 Socket for the 02 Sensor.
Breaker Bar for the two bolts on the downpipe. Mine were a ***** to get off.
Did you get some spacers for the 02 Senor? It will throw a CEL without them.

Other then that it's pretty simple.

Make sure that if ur doing the job with a buddy for him not to completely remove the 02 sensor (from under the passenger seat)... thats what my buddy did... hahhaa

Easy as cake to remove.. the only problem we had as probably taking the bolts off. Anyways i had to remove my test pipe to put my stock cat on (fix-it ticket) taking it off was easy as hell.. its a 1 person job

yes i have the O2 spacers, how did you install the Jets inside the spacer???
do i need to use all the jets or one in particular.
i'm talking about these Jets

I would use the smallest jet i guess, since you don't have a cat at all, that way you are less likely to send of a signal.

what size open wrench did you use to take out the o2 sensor

I used an 22mm O2 sensor socket I bought from Advance Auto.

As for what size insert I used in my O2 sensor spacer...the middle one. No CEL as of yet (using a Cobb Stage 2 tune).

The two bolts were from the dp were a pita for me.. after using rust buster, they came loose. oh i used my legs to push off my b bar... :P

Yea, the hardest part of the install is breaking the OEM bolts loose. I did it by myself and it took me maybe 45 minutes inclusive of getting my tools/jack/stands etc out of the garage and into my driveway to actually do it. I also ended up drilling out a pair of spark plug defoulers for my O2.

what kind of ramp you are using
