Thanks a lot for this. I'm installing the black Perrin fmic in my car. I'm going to skip the stencil since I think the blacked-out look will work well with the RR.

hey i wanted to get this, but my friend has the cobb intercooler piping kit installed, and when he tried to install this intercooler the pipes didn't line up because the intercooler inlet is tilted. i just got the cobb intercooler piping so im hesitant on whether or not i should get it

This one is going to be slightly larger than the one shown in the tutorial.
It's the Buschur FMIC.
And, OP, thanks for the instructions. Made it dead simple!
Did the stock one come up beside the license plate, like this one does now? I really didn't notice beforehand, haha.

Thanks i64X for the write up! Very well done (even if you did "skimp" on the pictures toward the end. See what precedent you set? lol)

Apologies for having the plate in the way in this photo, but I refuse to drill my bumper (I just cut the zip ties on track days).
The only problem I had with the install was my UR LICP -- the bolt location for the stock LICP was angled such that it was at risk of puncturing the hose for the new one. I had to bend the bracket toward the front of the car 1/2" or so.
