HKS ssqv bov

my car throw me code P1241 for few time after I tune. i put back stock bov, it seem working fine and gain more hp. I gonna put the Hks ssqv back and see it still have the same problem like before.

i had the greddy type s recirc on my evo 8... it sounded nice and kept the recirc loop to the MAF.

Turn off the 5 DTC's and you should be fine to run it.

i had this problem too. its very common. the x is not meant to be vta. you need the recirc kit if you want to use the ssqv3 with the x. i got mine tuned by sean ivey and he said the stock one is really good and to use the hks one i need the recirc kit. and i havent had problems like yours since i set it to recirc.

I didnt have any issues with any of the bov on my car when i was on the stock turbo. Now in partial throttle in 3 4 and 5th gears I have fluffer...so I put the stocker on adn evrything is perfect!
