APR on 2008 New Evo.

I'm trying to get a quick response to this, I'm helping my friend look for a new 08 Evo and we found one about 2 hours away. I tried looking on edmunds and mitsubishi but I can't find what APR mitsu is offering on them still. I got mine for 28k and 0%, I was just seeing if anything close to this still exists. His credit score is 750ish.

last time i heard it was at 3.9%, but that 's for the 2010's. i don't really think there are many good deals out there anymore especially with low inventory.
