get the password from the guy you got the bluetooth from?

come to think of it when my friend bought a 2008 GTS it also asked for a password and i simply said another 4 digit password and that worked. i know cuz i was the one who setup his bluetooth.

RESETTING BLUETOOTH® (HANDSFREE) PASSCODE — 2007 & later Outlander, 2008 & later Lancer/Lancer Evolution. When pairing a Bluetooth handsfree device to a vehicle, the customer is asked to create a 4 digit passcode as a security precaution. This code is only used when the customer makes specific changes to the profile for that device and customers may forget what code they entered during the original pairing procedure. If the vehicle is equipped with handsfree module part number 8785A003, use the following reset procedure to reset all passcodes and clear the system:

* Turn the ignition to the ON position.
* Press and hold the "hang-up" button for 2 seconds.
* Release the button and repeat 2 times. Do not exceed 10 seconds total time.

The customer can now re-register the handsfree device with a new passcode and change its profile.
