I don't believe in gauges so I base my gas tank my trip miles. Every time I fuel up, I reset the trip so I know approximately when I need to fill up. Other than that, temp gauge is what I leave it on.

Fuel mileage, but no idea why. Not what I bought this car for.

I use the mpg pretty much all the time. I think once the new 2010 displays are avaliable for purchase, I'm going to put one of those in though.

Usually the Temperature gauge screen. If I'm doing highway travel, then I'll cycle over to the MPG screen.

Mine sits on temp all the time since Im too busy to watch the sawc when it would actually show something.
Has this been asked before elsewhere?:
Is the multifunction display from the '10 X a plug and play job? Im sure the dealer would charge 2 arms and1 leg, but it would be nice.

Trip A for me, I find it better for estimating the amount of gas left than the distance to empty indicator (I find that I can go about 40-60 miles after it shows "---").
The S-AWC indicator is cool, but if you're actually making use of it, turning the wheel blocks the view of it so you can't really see it anyway.
And I avoid the average MPG indicator if I can help it. Driving in the city on short trips makes it show like 10-14 average MPG... Which is quite depressing. D:

Mine usually sits in S-AWC. Temp gauge while warming up the car.
I also avoid the mpg screen, they should get rid of it, its only bad news lol

I think the mpg screen is good, sometimes it makes me slow down and think about three things: the environment, my pocket and tickets!
