From that angle it looks great. Go a little lower and you can see the gaping hole where the dual used to be.

At what power levels would a 3.5 exhaust system benefit?

I also want to know at what power levels will benefit this 3.5" exhaust and what is the noise level compared to the 3".

3.5" piping would benefit any power level. On a turbo car, the larger the exhaust piping the better so you can get as much restriction and back pressure off the turbine as possible. Obviously the more power the car is making, the more you will see a benefit of the larger piping, but it will improve spool up and power output regardless of current power levels.
