Lose torque to gain hp?

I got tuned back in march and made 330whp 375tq. No one was sure why i had so much tq but i just realized today that i still have the stock dp. Mods are intake, testpipe, catback, intercooler, ic piping, cobb ap custom tune. I remember a lot of talk about the stock dp being sufficient and not many aftermarket dp's showing any real gains except the open dumps. So what are the chances of me losing tq and gaining hp if i go ahead and get an aftermarket dp?

If you are at or near full bolt on's with stock turbo or even considering a larger turbo, a full 3" O2 Downpipe will give some decent gains. The factory piece is probably plenty of flow for up to 350 crank HP though and gains when at that mod level or below are minimal until it becomes a restriction.

As for losing torque, there is really no such thing for a turbocharged car under boost. Sometimes you will shift the torque peak up higher or even lower the torque peak in exchange for more torque over time and at a higher RPM with a larger turbo. Upgrading the downpipe should never lower torque though.
