Eneos 5W-30 Sythetic Motor Oil
Is any one running this type of oil in there X? Also is 5W-30 the correct weight? I remember reading the owners manual its 5W-30 but I'm not to sure. Right now I'm using Mobil 1 10W-30 and I noticed the X feels a little sluggish.
Did I do any damage to my engine by running 10W-30 for like a whole year? Can I use Eneos 5W-30 without blowing my engine?

thanks,

I actually just changed my oil recently and thats what I used... They also have a
0W-50 that you can use.... id say 5w30 for daily driving and 0W-50 for track duty....
if you do get one of those big jugs, remember that its only equivalent to about 4 quarts... you will need one extra quart since the X takes 5 quarts total.

The second # is the important number. As long as you have a 30. The first # is the cold weight. W means Winter. The sluggish fealing may be due to temperatures rising.

0w-30 or 5w-30 will do.
No need to use 10w-30...
