3500 is a good portion of an engine build.... all for an exhaust..but on the other hand, there is no way you can doubt the quality of that exhaust... i hear if you collect every powerhouse amuse part on a car it turns into an autobot!

What is with the hamster maze like piping? They didn't know what to do with the left over creativity? one pipe going left and one going right would have done justice.

The pipes have to go that way to allow for clearance at the tail end after the diff. It's also there most likely to be harmonically tuned so that the exhaust accentuates the desireable tones of the engine and deepens or suppresses the not so desireable frequencies. That exhaust is badass, and it's light as ****. You gotta respect for AMUSE man, them and MINE'S are the top dogs in Japan.

Goodlooking exhaust, but that's money that could be spent else where.

That aint a bad price. Their system for the E9X M3 is north of $6K. Some people only want the best quality and quite frankly, there is nothing better.

it's fascinating, the psychology of pricing and marketing. people declare this the best money can buy or one of the most desirable. is it because it's titanium? or the highest HP gain of any evo x exhaust? or it'll make your evo sound like an F430?
or is it the price? that because it's so expensive, it is therefore the best.

the moral of the story: the sum of slower + older + harsher + less perfect = more fun. and more fun is why i'm back in an evo.

too much flaming and blueish stuff going on there, for me is too rice .
But i like the design alot. Probably the fitment and a weight/very light/ is out standing too.

I'm pretty sure the main reason the pipes are like that is to keep the sound down. This is a street exhaust mainly made for Japan. They are very strict in Japan when it comes to exhaust noise. I don't think the price is justified even though it's titanium and well made. You are mainly paying for brand prestige. I think that stupid.
