Nice Archie, get that thing on the dyno and tune it!
I'm sure you will break way over 400whp on the stock turbo/meth combo.

But with 32 PSI cranked up and using 100% water there is no hint of timing retard or power drop. It pulls strong to redline without any drop in power.
No CEL light nor the infamous Fuel Cut by the ECU, and I have to say that the EVO X ECU is very smart in things like raising up the boost for more power, it will throw a CEL or Fuel Cut but nothing is happening.
With the water injection It is safe to say that it is still running rich eventhough I'm boosting 32 PSI.

yea but god forbid your AFR's were at like 12.5

I first started playing with water injection in the late 80s. I have found to get good results with it you cant run rich 11.5 and under a/f ratios. It doesnt need the extra cylinder cooling. The water does that fine. Car will be most powerful in the 12.5-13.5 range just like a non turbocharged car. Been preaching it for years but few listen.

Spray settings to start at 4psi of boost and max out the spray at 25psi of boost.
Like before it will do a quick spike to 32psi or 2.2 Bar then settle down to 20psi by redline.
Still No Fuel Cut, and No CEL, that is how far I will push it until I get a ECUTEK tune.
The torque is insane! If feels like it will snap your neck off.

Hey Archie,
I have the same turbotrix kit as you, and I have a forge BOV also. Does yours flutter? Under partial boost going up a hill mine flutters like crazy.
Did u change a spring?

A few questions,
1. Is there an adjustable pressure switch with this system?
2. Does it say that you can run Alcohol with this kit? Even if it doesn't specifically say, you can.
3. Why are you spraying at 4 P.S.I. (in my opinion there is no need to spray until around 18P.S.I.).
4. What size nozzles are you using, and where did you place them?

Wait till it starts to rain, stop at a gas station, use the garden hose at home, or carry a bottle of windex and a rag with you.
It kind of sucks when the roads are wet and you get that road sludge film kicked up from the car ahead of you.

Don't think he would allow this car to get dirty enough to *need* windshield wiper fluid, nor drive this car in adverse conditions that would require the use of fluid.
